When You Just Need to Laugh

I love these guys. Seriously. Whenever you are feeling overwhelmed, so much so you can't even bear to watch or listen to the news (you know who you are... thank you for the pizza and brownies!! hee hee) go check this site out: The People's Cube. I'm sure many of you have seen it, but if you haven't yet, or just haven't seen it in a while, go there. Grab a drink, put your feet up, and laugh at their brilliance and satire. They have a second site that was a riot during the campaign season, and still satisfies today. It's akin to the "Chuck Norris Facts" that were so popular not too long ago. It's the Best Obama Facts, and they are hilarious. For anyone that is totally depressed about our move towards socialism, at least someone can make us laugh.

  1. I found you on facebook and like the stand you are taking, particuarly because I do feel largely alone in my thinking in the greater Seattle area. I noticed your booklist and would like to recommend to you "Atlas Shrugged" by Ayn Rand. I am currently reading it for the first time. It creates a national environment parallel to our current one. I promise you it will be well worth your time.

  2. Thanks for the life line! The People's Cube....who knew?? Laughter is in fact the best medicine.
    Love your blog.
    Keep up the good work.
    I may stay afloat.

  3. "Obama always overpays his taxes because he believes that the government will find a better use for his money than he ever could."

Ha ha ha. Funny stuff, but one of my closest friends actually felt guilty for making more money every year and so she was happy to give it to the govt. since "they know better what to do with it".
